Notice Requirement
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Late Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total service cost.
Payment of Fees
Any cancellation fees incurred must be paid before any future bookings can be made. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue providing high-quality services to all our clients.
